My name is Andy and I have been an Engineer at MIT for 25 years. I love to fish and realized there is a lack of quality underwater lighting systems offered at affordable prices. I have set out to design the world’s most powerful led underwater lights. All leds are efficient so when buying look for watts or power. Lumitec SeaBlaze best blue led light has roughly 500 lumens and uses 2 amps @12vdc or 24watts. My 40led 3w blue led transom or dock light has 120watts and draws 5 amps @14.5vdc. Blue has 40 lumens per led or 1600 conservative lumens-3x the light output!! My light is a fraction of the cost of any other manufacture out there. Each light is waterproof for years of use (everything epoxy embedded) and no marine growth grow on my lenses! Call me and I will be happy to explain why my lights are designed to blow away the competition. There is nothing out there that even compares-I promise! I have thoroughly tested and tortured each light while monitoring current, voltage and heat. I run them in 90 degree saltwater for weeks at a time while monitoring current and temperature. I use large solid machined blocks of highly corrosion resistant 6061 aluminum for my heatsinks. Special optical grade high temperature epoxy. I even make my own special thermal compound for the led board mounting. I machine my own blocks and housings in my machine shop. Each light is tested before being shipped. I want you to have a killer light that will not set you back many hundreds of dollars. 2 year full replacement excluding lightning damage, cut cords and running light out of the water! Thank you-Andy
*** 10/1/19 All new light design! We have gone to great lengths to improve our lights in the last few months. Our new design has the leds NOT embedded in epoxy which has allowed the leds to run much cooler. We have eliminated the cooling holes on our prior design due to the much cooler running lights. The leds are now sealed in a waterproof cavity. We seal the backside of our aluminum block with 3M 4200 and then fully embed the block with epoxy. The unbreakable lens is then glued to seal the lighthead. We have upgraded our leds to Cree 3535 ceramic package with epiled high power chips and GE high temperature silicone domes with solid gold bond wires for long term durability and life. All leds are now professionally soldered by us to a custom designed aluminum/copper hybrid high heat dissipating board. These are now in 100% of our lights including dock, transom, pool and any transformer application. These are the nicest, coolest running boards with the most lumens of any lights out there!!!! We rate our lumens at 1 watt input power. We rate our green leds at a very conservative 130 lumens per 3 watt led in all our lights. Most of the lumens are produced by the first 50-70% input power which allow the leds run much cooler and have a much longer life.
All of my lights are 100% made in the USA.
Each light uses nothing but the highest quality Epiled chips, Teflon Mil Spec M27500 cable on transom lights, heavy duty SJEOOW cable on dock lights and a totally epoxy embedded corrosion proof design.
Transom lights require no special circuitry to control current or voltage-no electronics to fail on boat or portable lights, current is controlled by the resistance of the cable!
Way more lumens than any other manufacture for a given color. I promise!!!!
True power ratings in watts. I use the most powerful 3watt leds available and I also use Cree XML 10watt each leds (Cree’s most powerful ultra bright white leds) in my commercial gigging and fishing lights.
Aluminum reflectors on some models for concentrated power and light.
You will not find more powerful underwater led lights anywhere in the world for what I charge.
None of my lights are more than 300 dollars and are all custom made.
Outdoor epoxy embedded and IP676 rated transformers are included in all dock models and are auto voltage and current.
Nothing but the best components!!
My lights are the “World’s Most Powerful” available to my knowledge.
Call me for any questions-you will get the best service and support for your application.
