Introducing our LED handheld gigging light designed for lightweight wading through the flats searching for flounder, frogs, or anything you can gig. Corrosion-resistant, this light is designed for both saltwater and freshwater use. Incredibly bright and long-lasting, this gigging stick will last a lifetime.
High-Intensity
At over 4800 lumens, we use the world’s most powerful LED chip, a Cree XHP-70 LED chip, to use in our gigging light. Made in bright white, the light will give you increased visibility of flounder, frog, etc. Increased visibility will increase your safety from poisonous snakes, snapping turtles, and other dangerous marine life.
Portability
Not only incredibly bright, but this light is incredibly lightweight and robust. Since it is powered by lithium-ion batteries as opposed to a 12V battery, you can wade through the flats unhampered by unnecessary weight. Weighs roughly 32 ounces including everything: a 46″PVC shaft, 4 battery compartment, light head, and even the (4) Samsung 2600mah rechargeable lithium-ion batteries.
Capacity
Stop taking 8 double-A or triple-A batteries whenever you want to go gigging and buy our rechargeable gigging light. The LED handheld gigging light will run for approximately 2 hours before turning off. Batteries can be charged and discharged up to 1500 times before needing new ones. An additional 4 Samsung 3000mah commercial-grade 3.7-4.2vdc 18650 rechargeable lithium-ion batteries can be purchased for longer runtime via our website here.
Design
Built for both freshwater and saltwater use, most underwater gigging lights on the market are vulnerable to corrosion damage in saltwater environments. There is no exposed metal to corrode as everything is embedded in a special waterproof epoxy. Additionally, this light can be left on in or out of the water because of our thermal protection switch. The switch shuts the Cree XHP-70 4000 Lumen LED Handheld Gigging Light off at 120F and will come back on once cooled 10F. This protects LEDs from ever getting hot, ultimately shortening their lifetime. We recommend not using the light out of water for longer than 5 minutes because as we just mentioned it will shorten the life of the LEDs. We bore a 3/8″ diameter hole right through the light head for direct water cooling, and provide direct heat transfer to our aluminum block from the powerful Cree XHP-70 Chip mounted on solid copper boards.

USA manufactured, we stand behind our products. We include a 2-year warranty both for the light and included accessories. The warranty is voided if the cable is shortened.
