72 Watt Adjustable High-Intensity Dual Lighthead Pole Mounted Dock Light
- High-Intensity: Designed with dual 12 LED/36 Watt lightheads for a total of 72 Watts. Dual lightheads are completely adjustable allowing you to create the perfect beam angle depending on your water conditions. Read more below about how lumen output varies across LED colors.
- Mounted: Designed to be mounted to a fixed dock structure or piling in saltwater or freshwater conditions.
- Fish Attractant: Lure all sorts of aquatic life right up to your dock with these pole mount lights.
- Long-Lasting: Designed to be both durable and long-lasting, we run our LEDs at lower power consumption so they last longer. Typically LEDs last for around 30,000 hours of run time.
- Energy Efficient: Replace those old metal-halide/mercury vapor bulbs that consume a lot of electricity with LEDs. For 8 hours of run time per night, the light will cost under 10 cents a day.
High-Intensity Dual Lighthead Pole Mounted Dock Light
Introducing our Loomis LED pole mounted dock light. Designed specifically for underwater use, you can mount this light to a fixed dock structure. Mount this to dock pilings, dock pylons, etc. As a mounted underwater dock light, you can adjust the depth and angle of the two light heads for optimal light spread. Long-lasting, affordable, and incredibly bright, we design underwater lights that will last for years of submersion. We offer another mounted dock light here.
High-Intensity
Here at Loomis LED, we design affordable high-intensity underwater lighting solutions. We offer the highest lumen per dollar ratios in the underwater lighting industry. With this pole-mounted dock light, you will get two incredibly bright light heads for a fair price. Other underwater lighting companies lie about their lumen output in an attempt to sell their products. For example, aqua dock lights don’t include electrical information about the voltage or the current making it impossible to determine wattage and lumen output.
Lumen Output per Color
- White produces 180 lumens per LED * 12 LEDs = 2160 lumens * 2 lightheads = 4320 lumens total
- Green produces 130 lumens per LED * 12 LEDs = 1560 lumens * 2 lightheads = 3120 lumens total
- Aqua produces 110 lumens per LED * 12 LEDs = 1320 lumens * 2 lightheads = 2640 lumens total
- Blue produces 50 lumens per LED * 12 LEDs = 600 lumens * 2 lightheads = 1200 lumens total
Mounting Instructions
Easily mountable, just choose your fixed dock structure or dock piling that is 1-2 feet below the waterline at low tide. You need 1.25″ gray PVC pipe and two 1.25″ ABS gray plastic pipe clamps available in the electrical aisle of Home Depot or Lowes. You can create many different light spreads by adjusting the two pivoting 45-degree PVC heads. A popular choice is to put the light about 1 foot off the bottom and point each lighthead around 30-45 degrees up towards the surface. Play with the angles for your dock and water conditions.
Maintenance
Coat all PVC areas with a very light coating of blue or red outboard waterproof marine grease, it will greatly help prevent the adhesion of barnacles and marine growth. PVC is porous and you have to do it before the light goes into the water. The surface is like a sponge. If salt and water get in first, the grease can not get into the already clogged and filled pores. You will get very little growth over the LEDs themselves as organisms have a tough time growing in a single wavelength world.
Fish Attractant
Lure fish right up under the dock to enhance your night fishing experience. Aquatic life will be drawn to the light because of the phytoplankton that feeds on the light during the night. Similar to a bird feeder, fish will remember the location of the light. We recommend leaving the light on with a photocell or timer in order for fish to have a routine where they keep coming back for more. Green attracts fish the best, followed by aqua, white, and then blue. To learn more, read our article, “Why do Underwater Lights Attract Fish?” here.

- High Intensity: 48 incredibly bright – 3 Watt LEDs for a total of 144 Watts in white, green, aqua, or blue. The lumen output of this light varies depending on the LED color. Read our color section below to learn more.
- Plug N’ Play: Plug into a standard 110 VAC outlet and throw this off the boat, dock, pool, etc. and watch this illuminate a 360° circle around the light.
- Fish Attractant: Aquatic life is drawn to underwater lights. Phytoplankton feed on light, ultimately, drawing higher members of the aquatic food chain to the light.
- Submersible: With a transformer, we can do longer cable lengths up to 125'. For fishing boats with 110 VAC outlets, these lights can be hooked up to go deeper than our battery-powered fishing drop lights.
- Multiple Applications: Can be dropped off the dock, boat, pool, or anything underwater. All it requires is a 110AC outlet.
- Quality Materials: (4) 36 Watt LED boards, crystal clear temperature-grade epoxy, heavy-duty vinyl end cap for protection, stainless wire eyelet for attaching float or chum bag, and up to 125' of 18 AWG heavy duty SJOOW cable with embedded strain relief.
- Long-Lasting: We run our LEDs at lower power leading to a longer lifetime. We do this because LEDs get most of their lumens at 60 - 70% input power, leading to lower electrical costs, reduced operating temperatures, and longer lifetimes. The indestructible lighthead is fully epoxy embedded, with heavy-duty marine-grade cable.
- Depth-Adjustable: Can be custom adjusted to specific depths to be right above mud or sediment on the bottom. To use, tie wrap a weight to the cord and that will act as the anchor point to how high the light will float.
- High-Intensity: Incredibly bright and affordable, we offer the industry-leading lumen per dollar ratio. The light shoots a 140° beam angle from the 40 LED/ 120 Watt light head. The deeper the light the larger the diameter of light spread on the surface. Our lumen output per color is shown below.
- Fish Attractant: Lure aquatic life right up next to your dock. Phytoplankton feed on the light which in turn brings all other members of the food chain.
- Versatile: Can be used for floating docks, fixed docks, saltwater docks, and freshwater docks. Intended for water deeper than 10' and/or murky water at the bottom. All you need is a 110 Ac standard outlet and a water source.
- Plug N' Play: Simply plug into a 110 AC outlet and heave this off the dock!
- Safe: We use safe low voltage AC to DC transformers to ensure there is no risk of electrocution while swimming.
